I have got a call today and this guy wants to rent a one bedroom unit at the river city. So tomorrow we are going there to see the place. This will be my first time to see the building although I have got lots of phone calls about it. The problem is this unit owner has got an contract going on right now, so just hope that my client would like the unit and the other offer would not go through and we could have a finalized price.

Two new images in just two days! This time we have taken a photo of the Chicago skyline with Lake Michigan steaming up in front.

I have witnessed this a few times this year, I believe it happens when a warm current underneath upper level of very cold water and ice upswells as it reaches the shore… the warm water touching the frigid air causes the steam.

To view this new image, click on any individual post. Either click on the title of a post, or click on any of the items in the Recent Entries list on the soft right (not the far right column, but sort of like the middle column).

So, we’ve replaced the default Cutline headers 1, 2, and 3. I’m not actually sure where the headers 4 and 5 are used, so we might be done at least for now.. I’m not totally satisfied with the new “Pages” picture we put up yesterday, but we’ll live with it for now.
