He was afraid to lose all the talented employees after this new rule being in place. It will charge 90% tax on bonuses given to employees who makes more than $250,000 and the company has received $5B from the government.

I have mixed feeling in this comment, I totally understand his point of not to loose the talented people, but on the other hand, I totally agree with the new rule, as how talented can you be to make more than 10 times as other people does, that is not a good solution while your company is using other poor people’s money, so I am happy that Obama has proposed this plan!
