More than 40 affluent house hunters from across China toured around Boston, New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Their goal: to find investment property and housing their children could use when they go to the USA to study or work. Their budget is $300,000 to $800,000 a piece.

Since the currency exchange rate is more benefit for the Chinese house buyers, it is quite attractive for them to come here to buy houses. I heard some of them bought two places within one trip.

How can I make them to come to buy in Chicago, maybe I should try to come up with a plan and some beautiful brochures, since lots of Chinese has cash plus they want to send their kids to overseas to study, it will be a chance for me to start this business.
